Our Reservation, Cancellation, Refund and Credit Note Policies are mentioned in detail below.

RESERVATION POLICY

1. Check-in at 12:00pm - Check-out at 10:30am. Early Check-in and Late Checkout is subject to availability.

2. In case of extra-person Check-in, additional charges will be applicable.

3. The booking occupancy duration cannot be changed or modified. In case of early check-in or late check-out, an additional charge is applicable, early check-out is under customer decision. No refund shall be provided for the same.

4. According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person above the age of 18 staying at the hotel. Foreign nationals are required to present their Passport and valid visa. Indian nationals can present any one of the following: Passport, Driving License or Voter ID card. Without valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check in and the booking will be considered as NO SHOW and NO REFUND

5. The Room tariff mentioned is double occupancy.

6. Guarantied no of persons can be modified 8 days before check-in date, reduction in no of persons after 8 days from the date of check-in shall not be considered. Extra person check-in shall be chargeable.

7. The inclusion of Extra Bed with a booking is facilitated with a folding cot or a mattress as an extra bed.

8. All package included meal plan will be served at the Restraint only, No room service will be provided for the same. An exception will be provided for specially abled guest under special request. The special request has to be made at the time of Booking and clearly mentioned in the booking voucher.

9. It will be at the discretion of Honeydewwz Exoticaa Hotel & Resort to lay a Buffet or offer TOH/ A'la carte menu as per resort occupancy.

10. Food Served (Starters) at gazebo (Fire-Pit area) is chargeable and will be treated as Room Service. Room Service rates shall be considered for the same.

11. Honeydewwz Exoticaa Hotel & Resort reserves the right to cancel reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or indulge in any inappropriate behavior inside the resort premises.

12. Honeydewwz Exoticaa Hotel & Resort reserves the right to cancel reservations where It appears that the customer has not paid-up the booking amount at the time of reservation. The tentative-booking shall be considered for a period on 12hrs only.

13. Advance Payment will confirm assured booking. The Balance payment to be paid at the time of Check-in.

14. Booking is not transferable without written consent from "Hotel". Rights of admission reserved. Special Requests are subject to availability and may be chargeable.

15. Tariff subject to change without prior notice. Supplement charges applicable during long weekends and Peak Seasons. • Pets are strictly not allowed. In case the guest brings a pet unknowingly to the resort, the guest will not be allowed to check-in and the booking will be considered as no-show and no refund.

CANCELLATION POLICY

1. 100 percent cancellation charges will be levied if cancelled on the check-in date.

2. 100 percent cancellation charges will be levied if cancelled in between 7 day(s) before check-in date.

3. Free Cancellation if cancelled before 8 days from the day of check-in.

4. Date of cancellation will be considered on official communication date. The communication of cancellation has to be done over mail to reservation@honeydewwz.com (or) sales@honeydewwz.com only.

5. In Special Cases of Group Booking, the resort management shall have the right to take decision on last minute cancellation, under special consideration only. No Booking amount can be altered or modified by the Resort Operations Team or the sales and marketing Team without consent of the management.

REFUND POLICY

1. All refund shall be processed within 7 days from the date of expected check-in date.

2. A refund shall be made if cancelled 7 days before check-in date.

3. In case of online payment. The payment-gate way charges will be deducted before payment to resort. The received payment amount will only be liable for refund. The resort holds no liability for the refund for the payment gateway charges.

4. In case of Credit Card Payment. The amount cannot be charged back to the Credit Card. A bank transfer shall be initiated on confirmation of payment transfer at the time of cancellation.

5. In case of cancellation due to medical emergency during 7 days prior check-in date. 100% Payment has to be made for the earlier booking. A credit not will be issued for the same and the guest can utilize the amount with-in two month from the date of cancellation check-in date.

6. In case of bookings made online with the help of the website payment gateway, the amount received by the resort as mentioned in the account statement shall be refunded.

CREDIT NOTE

1. A Credit Note is Valid for a period of 60 days only.

2. The Credit Note can be used on week days and weed end during the first 30 days. From 31"1 day to 601h day the credit note can be used on weekdays only.

A credit cannot be transferred, altered or modified.

ANY GUEST PAYING ADVANCE AMOUNT FOR THE BOOKING MADE BY THEM SHALL BE DEEMED THAT THEY HAVE GONE THROUGH THE RESORTS POLICIES, RULES AND REGULATIONS, AND AGREE TO ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
